CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW 74 FLARED MAGWELL!
Firstly, thanks for supporting Australian.
The magwell only needs to be tightened so that both sides come together, touch and then about half to 3/4 of a turn, maximum. Please use thread locker.
To install:
- With muzzle pointing away, rest rifle upside down and hold magwell with thumbs on the inside bottom corners.
- Gently pull flare diagonally down and towards the trigger from about 1/2-2/3 of the way down the magazine housing until it slides into place.
- Hold the nut down in its recess with a screwdriver and insert your stainless bolt
